We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 2–5 business days
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1–2 business days (orders must be placed by 10:30 AM for same-day dispatch)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Shipping costs will be displayed during checkout before completing your purchase.
Small & Medium Parcels
Smaller orders are shipped using trusted couriers such as Evri, Royal Mail, DHL, and DX.
- Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days
- A next-day delivery option is available (orders must be placed by 10:30 AM)
- Tracking will be provided once your order has been dispatched
- Please inspect your item(s) on arrival, and report any damage to us as soon as possible
Large Items
Large items are delivered via our private courier. Please note:
- Only standard shipping is available for large items
- Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days
- You will receive a call or text from the courier regarding your delivery
- A contact number is required at checkout
- Delivery must be to a ground floor location, and someone should be available to assist with offloading if required
- Please inspect your item(s) on arrival, and report any damage to us as soon as possible
Pallet Deliveries
For bulk orders or wholesale pallet deliveries:
- We offer both standard and express pallet shipping
- Delivery typically takes up to 3 working days
- A next-day delivery option is available (orders must be placed by 10:30 AM)
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only – drivers are not responsible for moving goods beyond the delivery point
- A valid contact number is required in case the courier needs to reach you
- Please inspect your item(s) on arrival, and report any damage to us as soon as possible
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available at the address and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the full delivery charges, including any re-delivery costs.
Collection Option
Customers who prefer to collect items or arrange their own courier can select the collection option at checkout. Our opening hours and full postcode will be provided.
Shipping Area
We currently only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not offer international shipping and do not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Insurance
All orders are shipped with insurance to protect against loss or damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
Change of Shipping Address
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for dispatch.
