30-Day Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our Customer Service team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return the item(s).
Conditions for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Wholesale Pallets – No Returns Accepted
Please note that all purchases of wholesale pallets are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for wholesale pallet orders, including items sold as clearance, overstock, or customer returns.
Wholesale pallets may include a mix of new, used, damaged, or missing items. By purchasing return pallets, you acknowledge and accept that:
- The contents may not be in perfect or sellable condition.
- Product descriptions are provided as a guide, but contents may vary.
- There is an element of risk involved, and purchases are made entirely as-is, with no guarantees or warranties.
We strongly advise all buyers to understand the nature of wholesale pallet deals before purchasing. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances for pallet orders.
Exceptions: Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), personalized/customized items, and hazardous materials.
Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Return Shipping for Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
